In the Spring of 2008, Q took Gen Era to Firenze to find Mike Angelo who owed him some dough, so the rest of the fellers in Foglizard called in some other drummers, aka Phil and Tom (formerly of Friends of Harry), and along with Sharky and DJ X decided to attract a more affluent, sophisticated, and predominantly male audience. Everyone got a haircut, pedicure, chest waxing, better wardobe, joined a gym, loosened their wrists, and broke out the midi. Special ferns were imported to enhance the rehearsal space ambiance. "Bitch" was replaced by "Girlfriend" as a means of communication. Instead of drowning in cheap beer, the boys uncorked Chardonnay, snorted some locker room and got down to business, taking the occasional shrimp cocktail break. Ambient House Hop, Hard Tripno, whatever you want to call it, invite some drag queens, do some poppers, open a vat of Vaseline, and party like it’s 1999 to the stinky grooves of the Smoove Sailors!
